Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are subject to Royal Mail or our chosen courier's service levels and may be affected by factors outside our control, including public holidays and postal disruptions.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. Delivery is to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been approved and your medication has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK law and patient safety regulations.
If your order is declined by our pharmacist on clinical grounds, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
